Associate Director - Hospitality & Luxury

Marion Amacker joins Morgan Philips Executive Search in 2023 as an Associate Director to develop the Luxury & Hospitality practice.  After graduating from the Ecole Hôtelière in Lausanne in 2002, she began her career in the luxury hotel industry before turning to recruitment. She first worked for The Adecco Group, mainly in the service sector. She went back to her first love, the hotel industry while working with Hosco in 2014 (Hospitality Connection SA). She successfully launched the Hosco Talent Search division, a platform dedicated to the Hospitality industry.
For the past 15 years, she has been advising major hotel groups, major players in the tourism and hotel real estate sectors, and large luxury companies in the recruitment of their senior executives. With an international network, built up during her expatriations to London and New York, she remains firmly rooted in Switzerland, a market she is particularly fond of.
