Alex is a Partner and a Managing Director at Morgan Philips Ukraine. He is responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the business in the country. Alex started his career in the field of IT, but in 1997 he moved to an Executive search company. He joined Morgan Philips (Hudson) in 2000. Throughout his career, he had been a recruitment consultant, a leader of a recruitment practice, Country Manager of Hudson business in Ukraine, Regional Director of Hudson operations in Central and Eastern Europe. Today Alex is actively involved in senior management recruitment & executive search assignments, senior & executive assessment and development centres, and strategic human resources consultancy. Alex is a certified assessment expert and a certified compensation and benefits (grading) expert.

Ilona Sharova

Partner, Head of Public Sector Advisory

Ilona is a Partner and Director at Morgan Philips Ukraine. In addition to overall business development she is heading HR Advice to Public Sector practice. Ilona started her career with Hudson (later quired by Morgan Philips Group) in 2003 as head of Talent Consulting. She was later appointed a Contry Manager for Ukraine. Since 2016 Ilona has been leading various projects of HR advice to civil service and publicly owned companies, including advice and practical support of public administration reform in Ukraine. Certified as assessor and assessment methodology trainer, Ilona delivers training on assessment and competency development methodologies to our clients. She is a professional coach with over 500 coaching hours, individual and group, including coaching feedback on Development Centers and 360-feedback assessment.

Anna Honcharova

Associate Partner and Head of Executive Search at Morgan Philips Ukraine

Anna is an Accosiate Partner and Head of Executive Search at Morgan Philips Ukraine. Anna started her career in executive search back in 1997 and progressed from a Junior Consultant to where she is now. Anna is responsible for performance and professional development of executive search team. She is personally involved in senior management and executive search projects. Anna is also certified as assessment expert and takes part in senior and executive assessment projects.

Alexey Cherepin

Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant in Executive Search, Alexey is focused on industry, technology and financial services. Since joining Hudson in 2012, Alexey is successfully recruiting board level and C-level executives to leading international and national corporations, including state-owned enterprises. Alexey brings a multi-year experience in sales and general management. His business experience includes a GM position in a national importer and distributor of automotive spare parts, an export manager position for a national beverage producer, an assignment in a management consultancy and a sales director position in a Ukrainian subsidiary of a NASDAQ-listed electronic financial transactions company.
