Survey - Women Leaders in the Insurance Sector

In recent years, several women have risen to the position of Chief Executive Officer and/or President in the insurance sector, but the proportion of women leaders at the highest levels remains very low. Louise Enescaux, Practice Leader for Insurance at Morgan Philips Executive Search, interviewed a number of these women executives on what needs to be done to change this situation.

Fifteen women from the insurance sector (all families included), occupying General Management or COMEX/CODIR positions, agreed to answer six questions (three quantitative, three qualitative), during face-to-face or video-conference interviews.
