Morgan Philips Group welcomes Lars Broser as our new Senior Consultant and Practice Lead in Cyber Security. Joining the DACH Team in Technology & Digital at Morgan Philips Executive Search, Lars is eager to contribute his extensive market insights and expertise in executive search.
Lars Broser will lead the firm’s Cyber Security Practice in Germany and is based in the Frankfurt office. He specializes in broader technology, digital and cyber security permanent roles on a regional and international scale, in multinationals, stock-listed companies, SMEs and Start-Ups.
Lars holds an M.A. in Modern East Asian Studies with a focus on economy. Being born in Peru and moving to Germany when he was 6 years old, Lars was raised bi-culturally, speaks fluently Spanish, German, English and has advanced knowledge of Chinese and French.
With 10+ years of experience in executive search, Lars knows how to identify suitable talents and includes a holistic approach in his searches, always ensuring the cultural and technical fit to contribute significantly to our client's growth. In elementary school he started developing his passion for technology and its implications on our lives. “Following technological trends and being up to date about digital developments is important to keep up with our ever-evolving world. I want to disrupt conventional thinking in executive and professional recruiting” says Lars.
