  • Right to Rectification: If your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction.

We will handle your request with special care to ensure you can effectively exercise your rights. We may ask for proof of identity to ensure that we only disclose your personal information to you and no one else!

In some cases (due to legal requirements, for example), we may not be able to respond immediately to your request.

In any case, we will inform you of the steps taken within one month of your request.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, 30 Victoria Street, Gatineau, Quebec, K1A 1H3, 1-800-282-1376.
