With over 20 years' recruitment and executive search experience, she specialises in the recruitment of General Managers, BU Head/Sales, Marketing Directors, HR Directors across the Life Sciences, Chemical, Consumer and Renewable Energy industries.

Having gained a Master’s Degree in technology management in the US, Patty has earned a strong reputation in the recruitment sector for her consistent track record leading successful teams and overseeing high priority projects.

Janet Yeh

Managing Director, Technology Practice

Janet is the Managing Director, Technology Practice with Morgan Philips Group Taiwan. She and her team focus on executive search and professional recruitment in IT, Semiconductors, Electronics, Automotive, Networking, Telecom, Internet, Software, AI & Fintech. Janet moved to executive search industry since 2012. She specializes in the roles of General Management, R&D/Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Operations in Tech industries. Prior to working in recruitment, Janet worked for several tech companies where she held various leadership roles in sales & marketing and technical program management. She has proven track records of successfully delivering the services and results to large technology-based multinationals as well as local conglomerates in Taiwan.

Janet holds both a master degree of Linguistics from National Taiwan University and a master degree in Human Resources Management from City University of New York, Baruch College.
