Encouraged by Brussels' continued strength as a European hub of international business, we're excited to announce new developments for our team in Belgium, including a new leadership appointment and an office move.
Edouard Van Ginderdeuren, a Belgian national, joins Morgan Philips Belgium after 7 years of experience within the recruitment sector in Luxembourg. The appointment of Mr. Van Ginderdeuren to a leadership role was a natural progression after having contributed to the launch and success of the operations of FYTE Luxembourg (the innovative recruitment company, part of Morgan Philips) since 2015.
“It is apparent and exciting to us that Belgium is seeing more potential for opportunity,” said Mr. Van Ginderdeuren. “As Morgan Philips continues to grow, we will continue to invest in developing markets, allowing exposure of our brand to rise organically.”
Having a bigger, better connected office in Brussels will allow Morgan Philips to provide improved services to their clients, who are looking to secure the best talent for their developing businesses. Brussels is brilliantly-positioned as a central European hub and Morgan Philips are excited to leverage the city’s commercial connections to achieve the best results. In their new office at 222 Avenue Louise, Morgan Philips will continue to offer recruitment solutions through Morgan Philips Executive Search (C-level and critical hires) and FYTE (Find Your Talent Easily).
The new move comes at a time when Belgium’s economy has increased steadily over the last couple of years and with a level of unemployment progressively decreasing. Morgan Philips continue to make their mark in the country’s mature market and add value to the talent sourcing through innovative recruitment techniques. Renowned for their use of video technology, international research centres and its Club 5000, a crowdsourcing initiative that leverages a community of senior experts, Morgan Philips are well-positioned to tackle the region’s competitive sectors.
“Edouard Van Ginderdeuren’s appointment to overseeing our operations in Belgium represents our investment in its industries, as we truly believe in his qualities as a leader,” Deputy CEO of Morgan Philips, Alexis de Bretteville said. “I am also personally thrilled with our Brussels relocation; it stands as a symbol of our growth in the BeLux market.”
