Spotlight on Agility

What strengthens and what limits the agility of managers.

As practitioners who have been evaluating soft skills for 20 years, we are constantly looking for answers to these questions. We focus our attention on agility because it is a lever for employee and managerial efficiency. It helps us to adapt to changing conditions. The essence of life is change. The essence of survival is agility.

In the following report, we present the conclusions of an agility survey conducted among Polish managers. The report presents a list of factors affecting agile activities. We try to use it to answer the question – where does agility reside in the mind? And how is it fostered in managers?
