Richard is the Director of Morgan Philips Singapore and he oversees all operations of the Singapore office, including managing a team of high performing recruitment consultants.
Richard started his career in recruitment back in 2015 where he worked with large, established global recruitment firms and spent a stint in internal talent acquisition. His core focus and expertise lie in recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Life Sciences where he has a successful billing track record. Over the years, Richard has also built teams from scratch and groomed high-performing consultants in his team.
With a strong passion for people and the ability to lead by example, Richard brings a new level of energy to the Singapore office and will continue to ensure the success of the Singapore operations.
