To gain some fresh insights into the steps organisations are taking to invest in a more agile workforce, we carried out a global talent survey of 256 business leaders, HR professionals and industry experts.
Our global talent survey on individual and team agility revealed:
- 86% of organisations believe agility is central to their success
- Only 28% of respondents measure for agility during the assessment of existing and potential employees
- 57% of respondents struggle to identify and recruit agile talent
