Henri is the Managing Director of FYTE in France, where he is in charge of development for all the firm’s practice areas, mainly in the field of digital, data and devs. He actively contributed to the success of the FYTE brand by participating in its creation and launch. With more than 15 years’ experience in international recruitment companies, where he rapidly switched to strategic roles, Henri has an entrepreneurial spirit and is known for his ability to deploy new businesses successfully.
Emmanuelle has been Executive Director at FYTE since 2015, where she oversees 3 areas: Sales & Marketing, Digital & Webmarketing, Dev & Technology. Emmanuelle has held various sales roles in different sectors, starting off as a Commercial Head Hunter for SMEs, then Key Accounts, before becoming Commercial Team Manager, and lastly, Commercial Director of a sales team. She joined FYTE in January 2011 as a Consultant, gradually transitioning to the role of Manager and then becoming Director of the Sales & Marketing team before taking on her current role.
Alexandra is Director of the Procurement & Logistics area, which she created in 2006 through her own entrepreneurial initiative, as well as the Human Resources & Legal area at FYTE which she has developed since 2014. Before specialising in recruitment, Alexandra started her career as a buyer in selective distribution at Bon Marché.
Aurore is director of the Office & Sales Support area of FYTE, which she joined in 2012 while seeking a new challenge. Her career at FYTE has seen her move through the roles of Senior Consultant, Manager then the division’s Director in 2016. She began her career in an international recruitment firm, where she specialised in the tertiary sector. Aurore graduated from the École de Management de Normandie business school.
Chloe manages and moderates the Finance & Accounting area of FYTE. She joined FYTE in 2014 as a consultant for the Office & Sales Support professions. She quickly moved through the roles of Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager before taking over management of the Finance & Accounting division in July 2019. From a university background in communication, she began her career in this sector and then transitioned into sales drive management (recruitment and budget management).
Deborah now manages the Industry & Construction/Public Works area at FYTE, after joining the Finance & Accounting area in 2006. Passionate about the construction and public works industry, she joined the Bouygues Construction group in Central Asia in 2009, then the Eiffage group, before returning to FYTE in February 2013 to pursue the commercial development of services dedicated to Industry, Construction/Public Works and Real Estate.
Julien oversees the Life Sciences area of FYTE and manages all recruitment from junior to senior executives for companies in the pharmaceutical industry, medical device companies, laboratories and various players in the world of healthcare. A recruitment expert, he has helped decision-makers acquire their talent for more than 10 years, beginning his career in a headhunting firm for the healthcare sector, and then becoming Talent Acquisition Manager in the IT sector before joining FYTE in 2019.
Tatiana is Head of Interim Staff at FYTE and is in charge of the administration of the temporary staff and the legal support of both candidates and clients alike. Her expertise is forged on a rich experience of 9 years that has allowed her to evolve in the HR field. She also holds a degree in Human Resources from Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée University.
Diana is Director of Training & Processes for all Morgan Philips group brands in France. She designs, develops and moderates training for consultants in order to assist them in their development throughout their career with the group. Diana participated in the creation of FYTE and developed the Office & Sales Support area of the firm, which she managed for 6 years.
As Communication & Marketing Officer, Marion assists the group’s various brands in France to define and implement their digital communication strategy and employer-brand. Specialised in HR and digital communication, Marion began her career at an international consulting company before joining Morgan Philips Group .
