Raphael is Managing Director of Morgan Philips Executive Search France and Africa & Middle-East. He works across all professions and sectors covered by the firm. He joined Morgan Philips when his headhunting company was sold to the group. A specialist in social relations, he has held many HRM roles, the most recent at industrial integrator Boccard. An executive committee member, he created and deployed the group HRM role in Geneva. His global and innovative approach to talent management was rewarded in 2013 by Le Figaro Economie.
Before joining Morgan Philips Africa & Middle-East, Delphine was an International Research Officer in a recruitment firm based in the western Indian Ocean for 6 years. Today, she is working as a Senior Consultant in supporting Pan-African conglomerates and major players based on the African continent. Specialized in recruiting executives and experts from different industries such as FMCG, Infrastructure and Energy. Speaking English, she is able to take on missions throughout the Africa Zone.
After studying agricultural engineering in Tunisia, Rania went to France in 2008 to do research in the medical field at INSERM. She then completed a master's degree in international development management at a business school in Paris and then became a consultant and did development in the Middle East and Africa. Today Rania is in charge of the sectors: Agro-business, Health and Banking & Insurance. Rania speaks 4 languages and grew up between the Middle East and Tunisia, she specializes in North Africa and the Middle East.
Hyssein joined Morgan Philips Africa & Middle East in 2018. Having grown up between the Middle East and Gabon, he has a detailed understanding as well as a solid knowledge of the business world in Africa, emerging markets in the Middle East and all issues related to family business. His dual Lebanese and Gabonese culture allows him to fully grasp the cultural, political and economic issues that animate these two regions.
Aya is a licensed Organizational Psychologist, she joins Morgan Philips Africa & Middle East. Of Moroccan origin, Aya has evolved at the crossroads of the Middle Eastern and African cultures, which enables her to understand the cultural, political and strategic challenges of the business environment in these regions. Her evolution in these contexts and her deep knowledge of human behavior allow her to have a solid understanding of recruitment and human capital challenges in these areas. Trilingual, Aya is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
