Deputy Managing Director

Janet is the Deputy Managing Director for Morgan Philips Group Taiwan and leads the Technology Practice. She and her team specialise in various sectors, including Semiconductors, Consumer Electronics, IoT/Networking, Automotive, Software, Information Technology & Financial Services.

Focusing on executive search  since 2012, Janet's focus is on General Management, R&D, Commercial, Engineering and Operations roles. Prior to recruitment, Janet held various leadership roles in sales & marketing and engineering programme management for a number of tech firms. She has a proven track record of successfully delivering recruitment services and solutions to both large technology-based multinationals anad smaller, local enterprises in Taiwan. 

Janet holds master's degrees in Linguistics (National Taiwan University) and Human Resource Management (Baruch College, City University of New York).
