The t.Frame model includes a set of behaviours that support effective actions and ensure the achievement of business goals. TALENT ASSESSMENT

With the help of our t.Frame competency model, we assess skills at all levels of the organisation - from junior to executive level positions. For our clients, we design competence models and carry out diagnoses based on the current needs of the organisation.

SOME OF THE TALENT ASSESSMENT SERVICES WE OFFER:

  • Online psychometric tools: personality questionnaires that verify the fit between candidates and their (current or prospective) role in the organisation from the point of view of their personality and individual motivators, and analytical tests measuring cognitive abilities (numerical, abstract and verbal).
  • Agility questionnaire measuring the level of candidate agility, with a report that indicates individual blockers and agility amplifiers flowing from their personality.
  • Remote and traditional Assessment/Development Center sessions, on which we diagnose competencies through managerial and business simulations based on behavioural indicators.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Our projects to evaluate and develop leaders represent an investment in people. Using assessment tools, we diagnose the level of competence, potential and strengths as well as development areas of managers. The next step involves tools supporting the development of areas of improvement, in particular in the field of people management skills: executive coaching and management skills improvement workshops. We develop the competences of current and future leaders.

SOME OF THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERVICES WE OFFER:

  • 360 degrees assessment to check fit with the role and identify the behaviours of leaders in organisations that are effective and those that constitute their areas of development.
  • Psychometric tools that examine personality and personality-related agility, which we diagnose through the Agility questionnaire. Reports from this tool present an image of factors that strengthen agility and its blockers, such as: low openness to new knowledge, reduced resistance to stress or low awareness of one's own strengths and limitations.
  • Workshops developing managerial competences, executive coaching and Learning Development Center, which build a higher awareness of competences and hone the ability to receive and provide feedback.
