Monika has near 20 year’s of experience in human resources consulting. Monika is responsible for planning and implementation of projects relating to assessment of employee and leadership potential, talent management, succession, coaching and outplacement programs. In all of her projects she utilizes Assessment and Development Centre methodology and has knowledge and experience in working with various psychometric tools available on the Polish market. Monika has experience in planning and managing programs in the areas of talent management, assessment of employee and leadership potential, career management, coaching and outplacement programs.
Jolanta is responsible for the management and operational leadership of the company’s business in Poland. At the same time she is responsible for managing the team, defining and executing business development strategy and building long-term relationships with clients.
Jolanta has over 15 years of experience in personnel consultancy mostly in top and middle level managerial assignments. Her clients are both local and as well as multinational companies operating in various business areas from FMCG, through Retail to Life Science industries. As an executive career coach Jolanta has helped many managers successfully navigate through challenging periods in their careers.
