WHY

Feedback plays a very important role in the development of employees and leaders of every organisation. In order to properly assess competencies and design development programmes, employees and managers need to develop their skills in providing and receiving feedback. Complete and constructive feedback helps employees receive and draw developmental conclusions from this information. Building a feedback culture within the team is an important challenge for many organisations.

HOW

During soft skills development workshops, leaders learn how to provide engaging, developmental feedback to employees. We support our clients in building a feedback culture through special tools created for this purpose: the qualitative Stop/Start/Continue Feedback survey and 360 degree evaluation processes.

WHAT

Feedback provided in the right way is an extremely effective motivational and development tool. Employees gain self-awareness and can design their own development plans based on conclusions from the feedback they receive. An organisation open to feedback is a learning organisation that constantly improves its competences, which ensures it can adapt to future market challenges.
