Press release - New health check tool identifies Talent 'pain points'

Press release - New health check tool identifies Talent 'pain points'

HR leaders and decision makers can quickly understand their talent priorities to bolster organisational productivity and performance.

London, 18 June 2020 – Morgan Philips Talent Consulting, part of the Morgan Philips Group, the global  talent solutions provider, has developed a new tool that offers organisations a fast, high level assessment of their talent.

Highlighting talent trends aligned to critical workplace performance factors defined by Morgan Philips Talent Consulting, t.Check is designed to be completed in less than 10 minutes. The tool combines individual and organisational level insights to identify ‘pain points’ and core areas that businesses might want to address relating to their talent strategy.

Dr Dane Poboka MBPsS, Managing Director of Morgan Philips Talent Consulting UK, says, “We created this tool to connect organisational and individual level talent perspectives and quickly highlight broad trends around people and talent strategies. It provides a pragmatic focus on talent that is even more critical in today’s uncertain times.”

Offering a fresh and unbiased high level perspective, the t.Check tool can help organisations:

  • Refocus their talent strategies and/or processes that are now outdated
  • Explore where best to prioritise talent investment and development
  • Better articulate where organisational talent risks lie

Developed in line with Morgan Philips Talent Consulting’s modern and flexible t.Frame talent framework, the tool examines organisational efficiency in areas such as digital enablement and innovation, diversity of thought, succession planning and development, workforce agility and cross-generational collaboration.

“Completing the t.Check survey provides an immediate summary about potential organisational talent ‘risk’ areas, which can be explored further through the subsequent report,” adds Dr Poboka. “It is a starting point for a more in-depth conversation around organisational talent.”

As well as the summary report, respondents can request a follow up consultation with a Morgan Philips Talent Consulting expert to discuss the findings. Both are free of charge.
