Christina S. Ahn

Managing Director, Korea

Christina Ahn is the Managing Director of Morgan Philips in Korea. With over 18 years of HR consulting and executive search experience in Korea, US and Greater China, she brings insight and expertise on a wide range of talent and leadership solutions. Christina specializes in C-level executive recruitment across all industries, with a specific focus on placing senior bilingual and global talent for domestic and global clients.

Prior to executive search, Christina held leadership roles at Mercer and PwC where she helped clients solve complex business problems with practical talent and organizational solutions. As a strong advocate of diversity, she is dedicated to supporting clients’ D&I initiatives through cohesive and sustainable recruitment strategies.

Christina earned her BS in organizational studies from Northwestern University and a master’s in Communication at the University of Pennsylvania. She has also completed doctoral studies at The University of Hong Kong and holds certification in leadership assessment.

Jimmy Kim

Client Partner, Technology and Digital

Jimmy Kim is a Partner at Morgan Philips Korea and leads the Technology, Digital and Communications practice where he focuses on placement of C-level and senior executives for large Korean conglomerate companies. 

Jimmy has over 16 years of talent acquisition experience gained at Samsung Electronics and its affiliate companies where his broad international experience of holding leadership roles in HR strategy, recruitment and HR development make him a trusted advisor to Korean firms and beyond. 

Jimmy earned both his MS and BS in electrical engineering at Oklahoman State University in the U.S.A. and is fluent in Korean and English.

Chloe Lee

Senior Consultant, Consumer

As a Senior Consultant at Morgan Philips Korea, Chloe focuses on mid to senior level executive search in the area of consumer, FMCG, luxury and F&B industries for multinational companies in Korea. Her successful placements include key marketing and sales executives for leading consumer, F&B and luxury industries.

Prior to her career in executive search, Chloe held marketing/design roles at a world-renowned electronic design automation company over 12 years.  In her role, she was focused on all aspect of marketing, PR, project feasibility, design, planning and execution.  Chloe majored in Computer Graphics at Lake Washington Institute of Technology located in Kirkland, Washington and is fluent in both Korean and English.
