Managing Director, Talent Consulting

Dane leads the talent consulting business in the UK and plays a key role in shaping the global talent consulting practice for Morgan Philips. He is an experienced leader with over 15 years’ of international consulting experience. In addition to this, he also spent five years as a supervisor for Occupational Psychology Masters students at both Macquarie University and the University of New South Wales.
Dane was awarded his PhD in Psychology in 2017 and is a member of both the British and Australian Psychological Societies. He is passionate about aligning technology and scientific validity with simplicity to improve outcomes for clients as well as making assessment tools more accessible and understandable to organisations.

James is a big believer that talent is the only true source of high-performance within an organisation and is passionate about helping people and organisations reach their full potential. James started his career in the Royal Air Force, serving 12 years’, where he worked across a variety of roles including recruitment and selection, talent management and HR operations. After leaving the RAF in 2015, James spent two years’ working in the Middle East consulting on a variety of large scale transformation projects. Since making the move back to the UK he has followed his passion for people and continues to help clients design and implement talent solutions that add value across the talent management cycle.

Phil is an experienced and accredited business psychologist and coach. Phil works within the area of talent management internationally, partnering with clients to deliver assessment and development centre programmes in Europe, Asia and America. He is particularly interested in working long-term with clients, providing strategic support and input into succession planning and building clients’ ‘leadership pipelines’.
He has considerable experience working alongside organisations going through merger and acquisition activity and widescale transformation, applying his assessment and coaching skills to facilitate organisational change and provide clear development recommendations to HR and Talent leaders.

Claire is a business psychologist and an executive coach. Claire began her career in HR, working up to a senior level, and gaining experience in a variety of sectors including retail, travel and manufacturing. For the past 16 years Claire has worked in talent consulting, working closely with a range of international clients to shape and design assessment and development solutions to address organisational talent and people challenges.
Claire is passionate about identifying talent and leadership potential and supporting businesses in building strong talent pipelines to meet current and future business requirements. Claire also regulalry provides strategic advice to Boards on talent capability and succession planning.
