Dan’s made a career out of delivering senior search campaigns to help organisations identify leaders in challenging and changing circumstances. Dan has 15 years’ experience in executive search and leadership consulting working directly for Executive Board level stakeholders to complete projects that range from talent and leadership acquisition to strategic research, market data and insights. He particularly focusses his work on supporting companies in finding modern leaders who effectively translate corporate strategy into tangible business operations, enabled through the use of technology and innovation.

Alistair manages Fyte’s operations in Scotland. He has 16 years’ experience overseeing numerous teams and placing candidates at high-profile organisations in Scotland and internationally. Before Hudson was acquired by Morgan Philips Group in April, 2018, Alistair played an integral part in leading Hudson’s Technology, Digital and Change division in Scotland. Previously, Alistair was a Division Manager at Robert Half International.
