Raquel Ramírez

Raquel has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources. For the last 14 years she has been part of the Morgan Philips Talent Consulting team, where she has specialised in different sectors and areas of expertise in Talent Development. Previously she worked in the area of Search and Selection at TMP Worldwide and Hudson as a consultant for 6 years.

Currently, she leads consultancy projects related to the organisation and management of the Human Resources area, such as training programmes, performance evaluation, development programmes, cultural integration, 360º feedback, etc.
